    Nice and big store with good ranges of clothes. Currently having up to 70% off mainly for woman clothes though. Man shirts are off around 30%. Pretty good still

    Got given 2x Polo Shirts as a present.
    Went to the counter.. then got pointed to another lady. She said i needed a receipt. I said it was a.present...and all I needed was to swap it over one size down. She said please tell me the date and time..I obliged..I called my nephew and got the details. Waited for a couple of minutes, then approached her (the same lady) only to be told oh sorry I need to see a manager. I said ok...oh she just walked out!!!!
    How long? 10 minutes.
    Bad service.
    If she paid attention I was wearing a RL business shirt. A loyal customer. Obviously they don't care about return customer.... retaining your loyal customers.

    I went to lacoste with the same issue... they swapped it over quickly. AND I bought 2 more shirts!!!

    Big fan of the brand but was treated like rubbish by the male staff member working counter today 23/11/21. Didn’t acknowledge me at counter so I asked how they were, no reply, then stuffed the items in the bag and went “there” after I paid. Real let down when your paying decent money, even at a discount, to be treated like garbage. No one is forcing you to work in retail…
